Privacy

SessionCue keeps table content under your control and separates short-lived raw diagnostics from durable, content-free accounting evidence.

Effective July 17, 2026

What SessionCue stores

Your account can contain campaigns, characters, imported sources, session transcripts, speaker labels, world state, generated cues, feedback, and review material. SessionCue also stores structured timing, usage, cost, and reliability measurements needed to run and improve the service.

Microphone and generated cues

A live session uses microphone audio for transcription and generated table cues only after you confirm that everyone being recorded has consented. SessionCue does not sell private session content or use it to train general-purpose models.

Retention

  • Browser recovery checkpoints expire within 72 hours and are removed after completion, dismissal, account mismatch, or confirmed sign-out.
  • Raw suggestion, extraction, and review-generation diagnostics are redacted after 30 days.
  • Free-form feedback notes are redacted after 90 days.
  • Export audit rows expire after 365 days; SessionCue does not store the downloaded artifact bytes in that audit.
  • Campaign and session content remains until you delete it or delete your account.

Deletion

You can delete individual sessions and can delete your account from the Account page. Ordinary session content is physically deleted. If a transaction must remain for billing, fraud, tax, or legal records, SessionCue removes the narrative content and retains only opaque identifiers, hashes, counters, prices, status, and timestamps. Previously promoted campaign canon remains after an individual session deletion, but is removed when the account is deleted.

Local and test data

Authentication state and the 72-hour recovery checkpoint stay in your browser. Automated tests use synthetic accounts and local or explicitly nonproduction databases. Test auth state is not uploaded as evidence.
